I like dogs, but I'm really a cat person. These are incredible, and I can't believe you did them with acrylics and yet they look so soft. Amazing work!

BTW Akiko, I tagged you on my blog today! (Michelle made me do it!)

Oooooo - gorgeous! If someone didn't like cats, you could change their minds with these beauties. I am sure they will sell, and quickly!

Akiko,

I can even find words to express how beautiful they are! Those eyes!

You must use the teeny tiniest brushes...and you handle them oh so well!

Akiko, More gorgeous cats, with beautiful eyes. You add a new dimension to my understanding of cats.

P.S., I added some resource info. on gilding to that post, and I'm glad to know it was helpful.

artbyakiko said...

Mona thanks for your kind remark!
By the way, those links for gilding are very helpful. Now I know what Rolco and "size" are.

Both of these amazing ACEO's are so photo-realistic and yet are so much better than a photo could ever be.

Stunning blue eyes on both of these cats.

Great composition as always with gorgeous close-ups of the cats' faces.

Akiko, you make the impossible.....possible!
